Client: Indy Metro Church

Indy Metro set out to overhaul their website with fresh copy and design. I teamed up with the pastoral team, as well as our designer, to identify the primary goal of presenting the church’s message in clear, concise language while maintaining an inviting brand voice.

Each page was rewritten to clearly outline the congregation’s key values and elements of their spiritual practices. The second-person narrative was used to establish a tone of community and welcome.

Finally, a clear, easy-to-follow user flow was key in creating a message that drew readers in, rather than pushing them away with an ineffective first impression of the church.
